A native New Yorker, Mark brings a concentrated focus on customer service whether working with renters, buyers purchasing a first home in Manhattan, or with sellers to market their property as efficiently as possible, with maximum results. In any scenario it is understood that buying or selling a home requires, most importantly, a sense of humor while shepherding a transaction from beginning to end. The ultimate goal is complete customer satisfaction, creating working relationships that stay the course for several years. Before moving into sales, Mark assisted Columbia University's Director of Commercial Leasing, overseeing the day-to-day management of a portfolio of seventy-plus commercial spaces - a terrific foundation to build the skill set required to work with both buyers and sellers. Adding his experience on the staff responsible for the successful management of N.Y.U's Tisch School of the Arts building, as well as having been a renter, a buyer who has renovated and sold a Manhattan condo, then purchased and gut renovated the coop where he lives now.
